"I am very happy with this company and recommend them wholeheartedly. We needed to do a lot of plumbing work after we bought our house; it was a big project with a lot of different things, from replacing corroded galvanized pipe, to removing a broken water softener to installing a new outdoor spigot and cutoff valve, and installing a second main cutoff valve to the house. This company was very professional about coming out to do a quote, and scheduling us in a timely manner. They also gave us a reasonable price! Later, when a completely unrelated fixture sprung a sudden leak, I called and they were able to come on short notice. The best thing about this company is that they are very communicative and responsive. There is a secretary who usually picks up the phone, and is good at getting back to you and sets realistic expectations about exactly when you will get contacted. This company has always gotten back to me in the expected time-frame and come on-time to appointments. They also have done quality work...the leak that sprung was NOT in the work they did, but in another fixture that they hadn't touched, that came with the house. They also were good at recommending different solutions, talking about which options would be easier or more affordable. Another thing that is great about this company is that they are very careful about not making a mess, they always seem to leave each space nicer than when they came in. My only complaint...I wish all contractors were as reliable. Using these people I feel a little bit spoiled; I then go back to dealing with other people and it's like...aaaaaaah! But I am very grateful to have found Honesty so I do not have to worry about any plumbing-related needs."

"Came in to do a major repair after a underground pipe burst costing us our hot water, after getting some quotes, Honesty came recommended by a friend and I am so glad I chose them. "Danny came over to troubleshoot a leaking dishwasher and a slow filling toilet. He couldn't repair the dishwasher as the issue required an appliance technician but he fixed the toiley by turning on a valve that was somehow not fully on. He could have easily charged for this no-brainer service as I obviously didn't figure it out on my own, but he did not charge. This company clearly goes by their name, Honesty Services."
