"Called 2 other places who claimed 24 hr emergency service and they wanted to schedule me for the following day. Why would you offer 24 hrs service than schedule them? Called Roto Rooter they came out within an hour. Arturo the serviceman was excellent and professional about his work. Would definitely call them first!"
"I had Kenny come in to address my shower not being as hot as the rest of the water in my home. He was able to diagnose the issue and rectify it very quickly (less than an hour) and even provided some silicone sealant for the faucet and handle. Definitely very pleased with the end result and will be calling again if I have any future issues!"
"Mike came between the scheduled time slot. Mike was very respectful, attentive, and educational, and personable. Mike solved my main issue while also attending to minor issues. Issac (supervisor) showed up during the appointment to check in on the job and educated me on solutions for the future to have better drainage. And lastly, Mike scheduled a follow-up visit to probe my main drain with a camera. This will give me a peace of mind knowing my main drain isn’t clogged or affected by tree roots. Overall, I would recommend this team for service. I give this group 5 stars for their professionalism, workmanship, and communication. I will use them again. Thank you Roto-Rooter team."
"Had a great experience first time using Roto Rooter. Alex was very professional, neat and fast. He fixed up my laundry valves that sprung leaks. Price was fair and even so a little under the original quote, so that was great! I would definitely recommend them and use them again. This was emergency service so they were out within a couple hours max. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and helpful. Thank you!!"
