"He was fabulous!!! Our dryer started making a horrible sound (metal on metal) and I was worried it would start a house fire. When he came it didn't make the noise and he offered to leave at no charge (how honest) but we had him do a maintenance service on it to make sure everything was OK. Cost was very reasonable. He was able to order the part in advance and came out within a couple days and completed the repair. I received fast, professional service at a great price. I highly recommend."
"Zach definitely rates 5 stars! He has diagnosed the problem with several of my appliances and has fixed them. On time. Fair price. Most recently my washer developed a leak ... it is a classic Maytag, no electronics, just an old fashioned washer, probably 40 years old. Zach assured me that he has worked on washers like mine, and thought he knew just what was causing the problem. He was right, it was part on the intake hose, and he had the part with him. AND, there was another leak - on the discharge hose - which he was able to fix in a very clever way. Best of all, Zach assured me that he would look over "Ms Maytag" and advise me if a repair was worth the cost, or I should look at a replacement. I'm sure you will be pleased with Ski Electronics!"
"I normally don't leave reviews but feel compelled to do so this in this instance. I reached out to Zach about a month ago to have him come and repair my refrigerator. He quickly offered to come the next day but then called back to tell me my fridge needed a special compressor and he would have to order it. My appointment was scheduled for 9 days later. 9 days later I realize I'd not gotten a text, email or phone call to remind me or confirm my appointment (like most modern companies do). It was around 12 noon when I realized I had not heard from Zach. I called and confirmed he would be at my home momentarily. He arrives as promised and gets to work. 30 min later he signals me over only to give me the same song and dance he gave me 9 days ago. "Your refrigerator is like the 5% of LG refrigerators that require a special compressor". I immediately remind him that he knew this before he came. This is way my appointment was rescheduled initially. So we reschedule again for the next Friday and he leaves. The next day I get a call saying the part is on back order and won't be available for another 3 weeks. This past Friday (4 days ago) was the day he was supposed to return with the part. I called him today no answer and no returned phone call. My fridge has been out of commission for a month now as I trusted Zach would take care of business. Not to mention my wife is 8 mos pregnant (which I informed him of and expressed my need to get my fridge back online ASAP). The kicker is I called another service company and they told me they'd order and receive the part by the end of the week. This has been the most strange and unprofessional experience I've had with an service company period. Seems like Zach makes appointments then forgets and doesn't care to follow up. Can't say he doesn't know what he's doing because I couldn't actually get him here with the part I needed."
