They came out on Christmas Eve and fixed my heater. Sajid is the best repairman ever. Update on 10/06/23. Again Sajid maintenance my heater and I can't say enough about his professional attitude and kindness. He is currently helping my son with many problems with his house. My son is extremely happy with Sajid and the Schlosser company!"

"Erik Vargas, Joe, and the crew did a great job on our major house renovation project. Even in the beginning, we felt like they cared about the work and wanted the best outcome for us. For example, to give us an estimate, Erik came out and spent well over an hour figuring out different solutions to our really complicated HVAC problems, and then came up with a few solutions so we could choose among them. Erik also gave us very sound advice concerning air conditioning units, and he and Joe fully explained the "why" and the "how" for step of the project. You can tell that these guys really like their work--they are problem solvers!--and the crew they brought for installation of the bigger project was really efficient and respectful."

"My wife and I recently bought a house and it needed some plumbing work to be done before we moved in, in a specific timeframe. We also had some more forward-looking but less urgent HVAC work that we wanted to get done at some point. The initial work was a small job but the total work in the long-run would probably have been quite big. This company was given a glowing recommendation by a neighbor who I trust, specifically for plumbing work, so I thought I'd try them first. We called and I talked to someone who was very friendly, and took our info and said that someone would call us on the next business day to set an appointment for an estimate. A couple business days passed and we received no call. I called back and talked to a different person, who apologized, and was also friendly, and took our info and said the same thing, that the person would call us back the next day. A couple more days passed and we received no call. In the end, I never received a callback from this company in spite of having left two messages with them and them telling me both times that they would call back. This was very frustrating because it had set up an expectation of us getting a call back, but sort of strung us along so we wasted valuable time that then made us on a tighter timeframe before our move. When we called a second company, they unfortunately could not complete the work in the timeframe needed, and this was probably in large part because we had lost a lot of time getting strung along from this company. But at least they had the decency to tell us this up-front so they did not waste any further time. The third company we called set up an appointment for an estimate immediately (without having to have someone call us back) and they ended up doing the job, which was great. I am starting to learn that it is not worth dealing with a company that will not make the appointment for the estimate immediately when you are on the phone with them on the first call. Some companies do this, some don't. And enough of them do it that it's not worth wasting your time with the companies that don't. I hope this review can be useful to help this company streamline their process so that they can avoid stringing other customers along in this manner. Please in the future, either set the appointment for the estimate with a prospective client immediately when you are on the phone with them, or if you are too busy, tell them immediately that you cannot do the work in the required time-frame. This is the only professional way to handle things. This will not only avoid wasting people's time, it might help this company get more clients that it would otherwise lose. It also will prevent the unnecessary leaving of negative reviews like this one. That second company that just told me no? Because they didn't waste my time, they're still on my list and I will be happy to call them in the future, but I would be reluctant to call this company."

"Matt & Cliff are true mechanics and I’m sure a value to the company. They put in a new hot water tank and replaced values and gages for the booster water system. They are both efficient and so knowledgeable . Matt explained the ins and outs for my booster and was able to figure out exactly what was wrong and needed without question. As a team they are so professional and again knowledgeable and willing to go out of their way to fix a problem. Highly recommend their service for plumbing issues."
