"Every time I’ve attempted to go to this Lids location, it has been a constant disappointment. They’re either not open or they barely have any type of selection to choose from. In a span of 45 minutes today, my husband and I attempted to go in 3 different times and the doors were locked. Other customers also attempted and had no luck. There’s a sign that says “hiring” and yet they can’t even keep open with who they do have. For being the only Lids in the area, I would drive the extra hour or more to go to any other Lids location."

"Went to buy my husband a new hat. I never had a problem with any of the lid stores I went to until today. I recently renewed his membership to get points and receive discounts on the hats. Well apparently I paid for nothing because the new system doesn't work with reading the cards and she said she couldn't punch in the numbers under the barcode. So why ask to renew something we can no longer use at your store. Very disappointed. I guess I'll just start buying them off line"

"This was my very first time at this Lids. Clean, neat, and there was only two people working there that they we went. Luckily it wasn't that busy so we were able to be checked out quickly. Lots of hats to chose from which always makes our decision a tiny tad harder. Young lady at the register was genuinely friendly too."
