"I’d really like to say A Very special, Heartfelt Thank You to Mary Ann at The Self-Checkouts, I’m in from Lancaster county, I’ve been in your store before and liked it so I came back today for a pack of soda, Well, I saw you had to buy three or four to get the great prices so I bought eight and got the Fresca too which we don’t have back Home and I got to the register trying to carry three quarter of a dozen packs of soda and she was a saint, I’ll never forget All Her Help and How kind and attentive she was, This really is the kind of employee who can make an experience extra special for regular customers and folks like myself from out of town, wow, what a great experience, she even saw me fumbling with the bags and grabbed a cart for me, I Was in a Bad accident a few years back and broke my back three times So, She will never know How very much even for a young guy like myself how very much I appreciated Her Help, I sincerely hope you give Her a round of applause, and Thank Her for an unforgettable “job well done” giving this all star employee A rewarding career and every opportunity for promotion she deserves because she was exceptional!!!!"

"In this morning, I asked three ladies at the customer service desk where an item was located. It was clear they were upset I had interrupted the conversation they were having. One of the ladies blurted out aisle six or seven. They began talking among themselves again. Wow ...what customer service. I guess I'm back to my regular store ...Giant!"

"I love the bakery inside the ACME. They have a lot of delicious cakes, breads and cup cakes - they also have seasonal bakery items. I wished the aisles would be a bit bigger as sometimes it can be a bit challenging to pass other people when there is a lot of traffic (and mostly there is a lot of traffic)."

"Always a nice store to go into. Very busy due to being so close to the beach and not many other grocery stores nearby. But they work hard and do their best to keep the shelves stocked and the store clean and tidy for customers. Very friendly staff and good sales on products!"
