"Tried to return a pair of Hoka Bondi 8 because the right shoe had developed a small hole in the interior heal fabric. Was told because I bought it there 5 weeks ago they could not help me. I've used these Hokas 10x times max to walk. I use other shoes for everyday use. Store salesperson told me to return via Hoka website. Next purchase if I buy the Hokas I'll buy via the Hoka website since the retail store (Rehoboth Beach Running Co.) was useless in helping me!"
