"I used to be able to count of Michael's for all my crafting needs. Now it is almost impossible and the front area is looking trashy. I would rather pay extra somewhere else sometimes then to go in to that store. Very disappointing."

"This store is a nightmare . My 85 yearold mother wanted pictures matted for my 88 year old father for christmas. She pucked the mat and paid and was told they would call when finished. I took her today to pick up the mat..what a mess!! It was unevenly cut with hreen pen marks all over it. I told her to leave it there only for her to tell me she PAID 70.00 before they would make it. We went to the manager to ask for a refund.. he looked at the mat apologized gave us our refund and then took pictures of the mat saying this was unacceptable. The manager then said please take the mat even though its a mess. We said you dont have to do that he insisted so we said thanks and left. Not 10 minutes later we get a call from the lady from framing threatening us to bring the mat back or she would go into my mothers credit card and reverse funds!! We went back and was told it was all our fault!! Please beware of this terrible store."
