She never lost her patientience,and always went out of her way to do a good job. I found my dog in an alley in the pouring rain, she was a mess, matted, filthy,and stinky, i bought her to JoAnn and asked her to make her smell good, when i picked her up, I did'nt recognize her, SHE LOOKED WONDERFUL, SHE WAS CLEAN, SMELLED GOOD, AND LOOKED VERY HAPPY :) I did'nt go there for awhile, and called because i wanted to bring my dog back, JoAnn remembered me and was very gracious and went out of her way to give me an appointment and never said anything like where have i been. My dog likes her and she does'nt like to many people :)"

"The lady forgets everything. Everytime you make an appointment she has to ask for the dog and owner's information all over. She can't hear well over the phone and makes you repeat yourself over and over. She is moody. They don't take credit card which isn't good. I appreciate a polite service and didn't get it here, quickly found another groomer in Queen Village."
