"I will recommend Delaware Glass Services to everyone and anyone who asks for recommendations on Shower glass and shower doors. Hands down, Joe was one of the nicest, most professional, and helpful contractor that I have interacted with. Joe was very helpful in understanding what I needed, what I was looking for, and went out of his way to help by giving his suggestions. And here is the twist: He didn't do any work for me. I contacted Joe hoping I could find a sub-contractor that our original contractor used to do our bathroom door and glass. Our invoice doesn't state the sub-contractors name and the contractor billed them as 3rd party installation on our invoice. I emailed Delaware Glass asking if they were the company that did this job. Joe replied back and stated for the specifics on the job but couldn't find any records - so I wrote it off as them not being the company. Joe went on to ask what was the problem we were having. I described the issue and sent pictures of the shower. Joe responded back with suggestions on what would work and then even said to contact them if the I was having trouble doing the job myself. That is customer server and professionalism at its best. If they would do this for people who weren't there customer, I could only imagine what they would do for their customers. This is how you run a company."
