"Easy store to get in and out. Large store with stocked shelves. I only ran in to get a couple of things; store was clean. Cashier was friendly and helpful."
"I heard that Michaels Christmas trees have electrical problems but since it’s such a good deal I still purchased one. I should’ve listened. I bought my tree last year and the whole top of the tree lights recently went out. I wrote a comment on IG and they deleted my comment saying it was spam. I was even nice about it, just trying to let them know they should take more consideration in the trees electrical. To me it’s giving scam with the Christmas trees. I paid over $200 for this tree. I have all my decorations put up and the lights just went out. Like how disappointing. Whatever you do don’t buy their Christmas trees you will regret it and since they deleted my IG comment I will not be returning. It sucks cause I’ve been a member at Michaels for a long time."

"The one star is for poor customer service. No boxes were available for the glass items purchased. No bubble wrap or paper either. They wrapped my items in plastic bags. I had to ask for boxes they would have just placed them all in bags had I not asked. No parking options for EXPECTANT mothers or mother's with small children."
