"I had the best experience at Tile Market today. I'm redoing my kitchen and my contractor sent me to Tile Market. The lady that helped me, Rachel or Rene I think her name was (sorry), she was so professional, pleasant and patient. The place was clean and I got helped right away. I was already having a great experience but then unrelated to the tile, I had a small pain in my side while there and the lady noticed, inquired if I was okay and offered me water. Just great customer service all around and the prices were good as well. I'll be back when we start our bathroom project."
