"Use to be one of my favorite stores but don't go now. Had a cashier insult me on more than 1 occasion. Management has done nothing to resolve situation. I even asked them to look at cameras to see behavior only to be told I imagined everything. One manager has no business being in the position as she has no idea how to interact with customers."

"The manager Tom (older,short Caucasian male)would not accept a return for a defective item I purchased 2 days ago. Not only would he not accept it but he yelled at me in the store it!This manager was being racist towards me. I have never had an issue with homegoods in the past, I shop here all the time!I spoke with customer care and they said they would assist me in getting my $ back and that he should have taken it back in store. How unprofessional can you be! I will forever be a homegoods customer,but this location I’ll never be back unless the manager Tom is no longer there."
