"I've been here on several occasions for massage. I write reviews when they are warranted, this place deserve one. There are many things I really enjoy about coming here, one of them being the availability for massage. I can't think of a time yet where I haven't been able to book a massage the same day while most other local places are a two week waiting period for an appointment. Now onto the person who does the massage, Alejandro. He's a master at massage. You come in feeling like you just "need a massage", well, you'll leave feeling relaxed and like a million bucks. He's great at massage and conversation; you won't be disappointment, trust me. L'arte Delle Mani is run by Alejandro and his wife. Both are a friendly and dynamic couple. Go there, come out feeling relaxed, renewed, and alive."
"I had really high expectations for this salon being the pedicure was amazing however, what was a good experience turned sour when the woman who painted my nails sent me out without drying them. She offered me the flimsy flip flops although I had to walk, basically on rocks, across the entire parking lot. Even if I had plans after I got them done, I had to go home and wait for my nails to dry. Would recommend you go elsewhere to a place that’ll dry your nails before you leave the salon."
"I usually never leave reviews, but this place stumped me. I booked a gel manicure with the Junior tech and paid 32, which is a couple dollars more than the other place I usually go. The environment is lovely, and it’s quiet which is very nice. I sat down and met with the junior tech, who didn’t ask me to wash my hands, and never ended up soaking my nails in any kind of warm water at all throughout the manicure. I quickly realized that the nail tech was not licensed and when I asked her about this, she explained she was completely self taught and hadn’t heard a response to start certification training? Also, after telling me she wasn’t a certified nail tech, everyone else left the salon for the night…I was surprised, as I thought if she’s still “in training” she would be supervised? Before everyone leaving, her drill broke and she told me “well I just bought it on Amazon I guess what should I expect”. During the manicure, there was no moisturizing with any hand cream, no hand massage, and she accidentally cut 2 of my fingers…she continued as one of them kept bleeding. She apologized and i know she felt bad, but I’ve never had my nails bleed during a manicure before, and I’d offered to wash my hands in hot water a few times already. Because my hands were pretty cold, the manicure was quite uncomfortable and the cuts were stinging. I was pretty shocked when I left because I paid more money for less service with an uncertified nail tech, but I was just going to let it go, live and learn…but literally the next morning after my shower, 1 of my nails peeled right off!!! I’m not going to ask for a refund because I just can’t bring myself to ask money back from a small business, but the whole thing was really unprofessional and I’m going to go somewhere else to get the rest of the gel taken off. It was a huge shock after seeing how the place is advertised. I gave 2 stars because the place was very nice and quiet and I know the tech did her best, but I can’t wrap my head around the fact that I paid more for this than usual and this was the service I received."
"I stopped by this local place because I was intrigued by the cleanliness and very few people I saw inside. It is SO important to follow socially distancing rules in these times and I felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The pedicure I got has lasted me two weeks now, and she fully got rid of my calluses. My husband also got a massage in a private room and said it was a great experience as well. We will be returning! Thanks so much for making us feel safe enough to relax and enjoy being pampered."
"I absolutely will not go anywhere else for my nails!!! This nail bar is so clean, cute and relaxing. All of the staff does excellent work! Pedicures are the best and most through I’ve ever had!!! Gel manicures as well! There is a nail artist named Jourdan who does beautiful nail Art and design if you want that! Like said this is my only place for nails now!"
