"I purchased a gift card from Salon 926 in Dec 2019 as a Christmas gift for a friend. When my friend tried to use her gift card the following spring, the owner said she was not accepting gift cards at that time due to COVID. Which was understandable at the time, but she is still refusing to accept any gift cards that were purchased and is not honoring the money I spent. So I paid for services that were not received and the owner is essentially a thief."
