"Great Salon and Kristin is the best. She also cuts hair dry and then washes hair again and touches the cut up. She is not in a hurry to get to the next cut as well. She makes sure you are completely satisfied. Great Salon!"

"This was my first time at this salon. I am a hairstylist myself so I was very mindful in selecting where to go. I initially chose this salon because they use upscale products and color lines. When I booked the appointment the receptionist was very friendly and helpful! Kristen was my stylist and she did an amazing job! We had a great consultation where she listened to my wants and answered my questions. She was very detail oriented and I love my cut and color! She gave me what I asked for! She was also so kind and has great customer service. I will be going back for sure and would highly recommend this salon to my friends, family, or anyone who’s considering going! The salon has a very calm but professional atmosphere where it’s feels welcoming and peaceful to be there."

"I've been going to Holly for over 20 years. When she opened Salon 828, I knew she'd knock it out of the park... and she did! The atmosphere is terrific with appropriately simple and tasteful decor. Holly and Kristin M. are fantastic stylists who always listen well and never disappoint. I've not been to others there, but I expect they've been hired to keep the same high standard. And Bridget, the first face you see at the desk, immediately makes you feel right at home with her thoughtfulness and friendly smile. I will never go anywhere else!"

"I've been coming here for over five years. My stylist recently left so I had to go to someone new. Three cut/colors and $600 later, my hair looks absolutely horrible. It's embarrassing. The color is bad and there are uneven pieces. And they don't care about fixing it. ETA: The response from the salon is a flat-out lie. They did not offer to comp an appointment with a new stylist until I left this review, and I have the voicemail to prove it. Also what does it matter that the service was five weeks ago? I had three bad cut and colors and spent $600 for awful hair, and no one there responded or did anything about it until I posted this review. Also, Bridget is extremely unpleasant and unresponsive to customer complaints."
