"Got a hair smoothening treatment done that came out quite shoddy. When I reached out to seek a resolution, the front office staff and the owner kept making up excuses each time (the owner is on vacation, she’s too busy and comes in two days only, she got sick, the company policy says..). In hindsight, they clearly had no intention of fixing the mistake made by them. Really disappointed with the overall unpleasant and dissatisfying experience."
