"OWNERS who wonder why their rentals dropped off please read the following: The sales agent was great everyone else was a BUNCH OF CLOWNS. I suppose Vacasa moved from their old location on 52nd St. to avoid bad reviews on Google and set up shop as Coldwell Banker on 64th St.. We were informed we would be notified if early check-in would be available and wasn't which, is okay after visiting both the 52nd (the box was wide open available to any criminal) and 64th St. locations. We had to stand in a line of people on 52nd St. waiting to grab our packet from the pickup box and the delivery guy was late past the 4:00 check-in. We picked up an empty envelope that had the door key code and was missing the pool and parking passes noted on the envelope. Upon visiting the new location we were told the parking and pool passes would be in the condo. Well, we drove 50 blocks parking passes were there but, not the pool passes. We tried calling multiple times with no live support so we drove 50 blocks to speak in person. We were told they should be in the condo and we looked everywhere reasonable after driving 50 blocks again then were denied entry to the pool. Finally, the next day we called the direct line to the salesperson who found the pool passes and offered to deliver them but, we wanted to get into the pool do we drove 50 blocks both ways to pick up the passes. Also, it was obvious that the cleaning person didn't wash the shower since there was hair at the far end from the shower head. Edit: The time to satisfy a customer is when an issue arises, not after them posting a review. After 5 years using your service 2x a year I will find another that appreciates our money and will correct problems as the occur."

"VACASA is a horrible rental agency that you cannot speak with a person after hours they do nothing to help with problems at the condo you rent. Nothing is cleaned like they say. Do not use this agency. here is Capri 13 10 that they rent and manage. Disgraceful."

"Kelsey was my agent at Coldwell Banker. She is extremely professional and when there were issues with the smell of our condo, the refrigerator leaking and the AC not properly working, she sent individuals over to correct he problem. Within an hour or 2, we had our a/c and refrigerator fixed and the furniture was professionally cleaned. It was definitely appreciated and we enjoyed the rest of our week. Thank you Kelsey for a stellar job!"

"DO NOT STAY AT THE CAROUSEL 701, MANGED BY COLDWELL BANKER (cbvacations). We rented this condo for a mini week and it was a huge disappointment. CB does false advertising with this unit as it is NOT an ocean front view regardless of what the online pictures depict, and overall it is dirty and dysfunctional. There is terrible air flow through the unit; the front is freezing while the back is hot and humid with no air circulation — awful in the middle of the summer time. The toilets did not work properly and the water would back up in the tub (had to call the plumber). The kitchen cabinets were completely unsanitary, the comforters on the beds were dirty (not an inviting look for a bed) and there was mold in the unit. We paid a lot of money for this rental for our family and once we brought this to CB’s attention, they were not phased and did not care to make our stat better. Make sure you see the unit and read the contract carefully before you sign it!! See pictures."
