"Beautiful neighborhood and ppl. Right on the Indian River, but it never floods. We have a pier with many boat slips, a pool, and 2 ponds that have a bridge over each one. One pond's bridge has a gazebo for sitting. The dock also has a gazebo. Summertime activities: crabbing and fishing, outside movie night for the kids, weekends gatherings on the pier's gazebo for meeting new ppl, the pool of course, beautiful crepe myrtle trees and landscaping throughout the community. There is also a lot of wildlife, from ducks and geese, to rabbits and all the animals that live in and around the river. All of the homes are well maintained by the owners/renters and by our 3-man maintenance staff. All in all, a great place to live. Reasonably priced as well."
