"I dropped of an application months ago, I've called and left numerous voicemails to get any updates on the application and also give them updated information for the application. No one has contacted me back about anything and to be honest if they do I really don't wanna live here if that's how management is going to be."

"When Joyce and Everett were in charge the place was great to live at. It has seriously deteriorated since Joyce died and Everett retired. The new management stole my security deposit because of general wear and tear of living in the same apartment for 10 years with kids. It’s a shame that such a nice community has turned into what it is today."

"At one time when Joyce ran the place it was great but now its a terrible place to have children or live period. Management is bad, kids under 16 can not be outside even to walk to wash clothes or even grab something from the car without the manager harassing the kids. If they see your child they will be harassed until you are within a foot of them. There is no playground or area for them to play. They can not have any type of toys. When I first moved there it was a family community, everyone had kids they all played together, hardly ever had problems ever and if we did, we solved it easily as a community. Cant speak with anyone at the office they never answer calls. Old manager was stealing rent money. A tenants sprinkler system had a malfunction, fire fighters even said so and others also were told the same but she, a single mother of 3 has to pay thousands. This place shouldn't even be allowed to operate. Also everyone has moved because of how bad it is... Thankful I don't live there anymore!! Save your self and move to another place!!"
