The neighborhood is quiet and kept clean. I love the property manager, Kim. She does everything she can to help you. The maintenance guy, is really nice, also."

I was approved within a week or so and Kim even came to my job to help me with my lease and to give me my keys. the apartment it’s self was super cute and affordable. Neighborhood is quiet and I just happen to have cool neighbors. If my whole life wasn’t based in Delaware I would have stayed living there. Definitely recommend."
