"0/5 stars!! The most disgusting hotel I have ever walked into in my life. I was traveling long distance and just needed a place to sleep for a couple hours that was pet friendly. When I pulled back the comforter, there were chips in the bed. My cat found someone’s dirty sock and started playing with it. The bathroom was the worst part. There was black mold everywhere. Very visible!! There is no care or concern for the guests health. This place needs to be reported!"

"Clean, modern rooms. Beds are a little on the softer side but not too soft. Cute indoor pool and hot tub were a welcome surprise. Breakfast was nothing fancy but included biscuits and gravy and eggs - Healthy options too. Good location and helpful, friendly front desk staff."

"I normally don't leave reviews but I had to definitely leave a one this time because of the wonderful lady at the front desk ... I wish I wrote down her name ... she was the Assistant Manager. She went above and beyond to accommodate us as we were having issues booking a room using our points with Choice Privilege. She took the time and made sure that we were able to get a room. The gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly and the two of them really made a difference in our stay. Thank you!!!!!"

"We booked a room for two nights to go to a nearby wedding. When we arrived, we couldn't find the entrance. It turns out you need to go through the Flying J Truckstop to get to the hotel. The parking lot was full of semis, and work trucks that must have been for the staff doing the massive amounts of road work in this area. We checked in and were greeted warmly and treated well. When we get to our room, I always pull back the mattress to check for any signs of bedbugs or whatever. Under the first mattress was hair of somekind, but under the second mattress was some stains, what I thought was a bug, but what my wife said was dried up feces and what was either a dog nail, or a dried bug carapace. We went back to the front desk and let them know. They apologized and said the the room had just been cleaned and the person just left and asked if we wanted a different room. We declined and they backed out our charges and provided me with electronic and paper receipts. The people were nice, but the hotel was definitely dingy. There was a musty old hotel smell, and the carpets had a few burn holes and some stains. This was the last chance for the Choice hotel chain for us, I will not book rooms with any of their properties due to this and previous experiences."
