"I have lived at Charlestown Crossing almost 3 years now and I love it. The community is very nice and peaceful. Neighbors are respectful. Parking can be challenging but there has only been 3 times that I've come home really late and had to park away from my building. I love my apartment. When I first moved here I had a two bedroom two bath and it was very spacious and lots of natural light. I am now in a one bedroom and I love it. I think if I had to change anything, it would be the carpet. I loathe carpet. I'd prefer no carpeting at all. But overall, I love it here. p.s. A Stairmaster in the fitness center would be awesome :)"

"My husband and I have lived here for 5 years. We have been very happy here, the apartments are large and very well laid out with all the latest luxuries. It's designed to drown out the noise from our neighbors and it works well. The outside surroundings are kept up beautifully also. Tulips, pansies. Roses and hydrangeas are everywhere. Maintenance crew are awesome. They arrive immediately and nothing is to big for them to handle. The front office couldn't be nicer, they show their appreciation every year by cooking the residences Christmas dinner. They also make it fun by holding patio decorating contests and etc. Love living here ❤"

"This was a great first home away from home for my fiance and I. The apartment was clean and issue free when we moved in, and any maintenance issues were resolved quickly. The office staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lance who we worked with more than anyone. The community and amenities were great. We put a lot of effort into cleaning when we moved out, and were quickly rewarded with our full deposit (less a pet fee). We absolutely loved the surrounding towns and restaurants. My only real complaint has nothing to do with management; many residents smoked and did so right outside our door in the shared hallway space. The price was a little high for the area and rising, but we worked in the surrounding cities and were able and willing to pay being that is was a nice community. Overall, we recommend The Apartments at Charlestown Crossing."
