"This review is just based on a certain individual, Beth. Everyone else I talked to over the phone was respectful. I called to reschedule my appointment since I wouldn’t be able to make it due to a problem that came up but Beth was unprofessional and rude she gave me attitude and didn’t give me an appointment when I asked if I could reschedule. I understand that she was upset but there was no need for rudeness. You shouldn’t speak to a new client that way. I was even respectful to her so I don’t understand where the attitude came from."
