"Put in an application through their website and paid the fees. A few months later I get a call saying they got my application but the fee went elsewhere and I had to pay it again AND re-apply."

Ya realize ya have people who are trying to see if you have places available and you won't answer so if you don't answer you loose out if you have somewhere to put us just saying. Hence the one star been waiting a month if not longer for a return call and or email."

"Office Staff is nice to your face but talks about you behind your back. Neighbors complain about normal noises of having kids, DURING THE DAY. Neighbors can have pets(when its against the lease), but we were not allowed to have a relative stay with us for 2 months. Office staff complains when you have to many friends come and go randomly(not all there at the same time). Maintenance takes weeks to fix any non-emergency issue. They did not fix my dishwasher when it was no longer getting hot. Lived here for 2 years. Moved out 3 months early(still paying the rent) to get away from the bullshit."
