"I have never went through this company, but I am a home owner that lives next to a property that this company manages. The guy I speak with Quin I believe his name is. He is very nice, but the tenants I live next to has put a nasty taste in everyone on our street mouth. They are constantly parking in other people parking spaces. The upkeep of the home is terrible. Microwaves and dishwashers sitting outside, grass never cut, dog barks all day and roams around with no leash. When you are paying taxes on a home the worst thing is to be next to neighbors who are just nasty and they have no neighbor etiquette. Seems as if this property management company is just looking for quantity over quality."
