"Would have rated -1 stars if I could have. Came in around 5:30 for a polish change and the lady said they didn’t have time to do it (Although they close at 8)* . This was a last resort stop anyway so I gladly left, every time I go here it’s always terrible work and very negative energy. I’ll do my own nails before even thinking about coming back again. Horrible horrible customer service. If you are going to turn people away you can atleast lock the door."

The owner accused us of constantly canceling appointments and told us to call the day before we wanted to come in and maybe she would schedule us. No thanks…we will never set foot in this place again. We have never experienced such arrogance and rudeness from a business owner. There are plenty of nail salons to choose from and I am sure they will welcome our business."
