"Nice atmosphere. Mediocre work. I had a wedding to attend and was contacted by the shop 2hrs prior to cancel my appointment. This left me scrambling to find someone else to do my hair. Then two months later I received a text 1 week prior to my appointment informing me that my appointment needed to be canceled again. In a 6 month time frame, my appointment was canceled twice. If you have a busy schedule then you should personally schedule your own appointments rather than using a scheduling website. I have never had a stylist cancel on me let alone twice in 6 months.Very very unprofessional!"
