"My first time there 9-15-23 recently opened if I’m not mistaken, friendly technicians and moreover then that, they listen to you for the very first in all of my years I got just what I ask for! By the way ask for Henry” he knows what he’s doing and listens. I ask for natural and look@this” look@this” it’s an overlay on my natural nail. Pictures Please"

"I called ahead to come in to have my nails filled and a simple color change . I started off with the girl to the right of the salon when you walk in , the whole time I could tell she was talking to others over my nail work from before . After while she sent me to the male next to her that was in Jessica’s station . I explained I could not be long . They took well 2 hours to do my nails for a simple fill and color change . The whole time I’m sitting there the employees I could tell were talking about my nails and the work. It has not been 24 hours and my mail polish is chipping completely off , and you can see the colors from two weeks ago on my nails . I am very disappointed and the worst experience I have had ."

"Worst gel manicure I’ve ever had! I decided to try this new place out instead of going to my regular place. I made an appointment and was not a walk-in. I asked for a gel manicure with 1 color. The staff was friendly but unfortunately the manicure was the worst I’ve ever seen. The lady doing my nails seemed like she did not know how to work with gel polish. She applied 3-4 coats of base layer (I’ve only ever seen other nail techs use one thin layer) and had me cure it multiple times. Then when she tried to apply the color, it was thick and not laying down evenly. At one point she had to start over on several of the nails and shaved all the polish off. She also applies 3 coats of color on one hand and only 2 coats of color on the other hand. The end result was chunky, streaky and just terrible looking. The color was also bleeding into the corners and base of my nail bed. I did not closely examine my nails until I left the salon (I will not make that mistake again). The nail tech examined the nails closely when she was done and let me leave like this. I don’t know how she could have found these nails acceptable. I will not return."

"This is by far the best salon experience I have ever had ! The customer service was amazing and they were patient and answered all of my questions. Kelly was my tech and she was very thorough and skilled! The owner was very kind and friendly also! I will definitely be back. The salon is absolutely gorgeous! I am switching and making this my new nail salon and you should too."
