"i'm ok with VCA ingeneral and been with VCA for 8 years. Even its pricy but i still trust my doc. But please check the people you hire in finance, it happened so many times that charge bill multiple time, and also for recheck. One time front desk and doc made mistake on my dog's situation and i have to revist to do more check, and i have been told that no addtional fee for revisit from them, but later got multiple calls from so called finance manager and threat me to pay for it."

"I took Maggie Mae for her one yr appointment recently. Everyone there went out of their way to make our visit go seamlessly, and it worked. Other than them letting us know, there was no evidence of an emergency visit, but they told us so we'd be aware, and could wait outside, but still had us in quickly. I never mind waiting because I want a vet that goes out of their way to help someone that needs it. They were very patient with Maggie, she's a rescue and we are working on socialization, she's come a long way. Would definitely recommend."
