"I ordered two shirts from this site before thanksgiving, went through the whole design process (which took a couple of weeks, since they kept getting two of my dogs wrong). I approved the designs on Dec 6, and they went to print (supposedly) on Dec 7. I had hopped to get them before Christmas, as a surprise for my wife, but as of this morning (Jan 8), I still do not have my shirts. I have opened several customer support tickets over the last few weeks. I have messages them through their Facebook page, and have even resorted to commenting on posts to get their attention. All I have gotten are the automatic responses, except for one reply to a ticket saying that my shirts had been printed *and shipped*, but I can't get a tracking number. They have turned off recommendations on their FB page, and they don't accept visitor posts any more. There is no contact info except for the customer support email address. I wish I had read reviews of this company before placing my order, as I am now down to disputing the charge through my credit card company, and hoping to do a chargeback so that I am not out this money."
"Loved the mug. When I received my shirt there were wrong colors on two of my animals. I mailed the first shirt back and received the exact same shirt in the mail within two days. I was contacted by someone named Ed and after going back and forth about the issue I was having, thought he was going to fix it. He said he would get a corrected shirt to me within 8 to 10 days. After all the back and forth I still have not received my shirt. As much as I love the idea I won't be ordering from them again."
"About four/five months ago, my roomate and I ordered matching shirts of our dogs for a family photo. The initial process was great - they were very understanding and prompt with changes we needed made to make sure our dogs looked perfect. I wish the rest of the process could reflect this initial competence. However, the shirts never arrived. We sent two emails - and were assured over and over that the shirts were on their way. We tried to get a refund and that, too, was futile. Today - TODAY - after all these months we finally got our shirts ... and they were the wrong sizes. We looked up the tracking information and the shirts were shipped only FOUR DAYS AGO. What the heck?? This is not to mention the fact that the quality of the shirts does not at all reflect the price. The print itself is great - but the shirt is NOT. It feels like it is made out of athletic wear meets sweatshirt and feels .... wrong. We will NOT be buying from here again. Do so at your own sanity's risk."
"I ordered 3 shirts in early Nov. After 1 email with previews of the design, I corrected, they never sent the corrected designs, and went off printing the shirts. I got one..it was wrong. I refused it and sent it back. It has taken 3 months to get the shirts. But I did get to approve the final designs. and yet 1 of them is STILL printed with the wrong design. Their solution is to offer me 20% off FUTURE orders? And NOT send the wrong shirt back? Does that mean I am to keep the WRONG shirt so you don't have to correct YOUR mistake? NO. I want a refund or better yet the shirt I ordered, paid for with the RIGHT design I approved. I will say they have emailed with me over this fairly well, if not timely...but the solution is not to blow me off, or offer for me to spend more money. I want the shirt I ordered with the design I approved. PLEASE make this right!! I will update my review IF I get any response/or action."
