"Being treated like a thief and like a child by being locked out of self checkout when I was almost done my order of 8 items and being told that I have to go thru a cashier is absolutely unacceptable!! I understand that retail theft is at an all time high but insulting your customers is the wrong way to take care of it. You would save more money hiring professionals that know how to catch thieves without chasing your customers away with abusive staff.All I wanted to do was buy my groceries but left feeling angry & insulted. You need to remember that there are other stores to shop at in person and online, which is where I will be shopping from here on"

"Went in on a Sunday or course it’s busy.. fine but when the manger comes up to my husband and I while we’re checking out, with an attitude because we aren’t scanning correctly is a problem. She came up to us immediately with an attitude wouldn’t move out of my husband’s way. She was stating the system was going to error there was no error on the screen. If they had actual cashiers with check out lanes that aren’t set up for self check out this wouldn’t be an issue. You can’t tell us how to check out when we’re the one doing the work. Absolutely ridiculous I used to love shopping here now I’ll be looking for other options."

"My favorite ShopRite location, by far. You can tell this is the “high end” version of the chain, because it is entirely different from it sister location. However, they have been sold out of several items that the other location has in excess. Regardless, this location has a better parking lot, clientele, and is significantly cleaner with fresher items."

"At 2 in the afternoon the majority of the self checkouts are closed. Why convert almost exclusively to the machines and then not have them open? The lines are backed up into the isles. Took 30 min to check myself out while three employees are standing there watching... Then they have the audacity to check your receipt while you leave. So that's 2 lines you wait in, one to ring up and one to check receipts. Prices are expensive but I try to come here if I can for specific items. Not happy with my three most recent visits in a row so I'm going to give it a break for a while."

"This store is very clean and organized, it is a very busy store. The employees are friendly as well as knowledgeable, check out is quick. They have a variety of products that cater to all ethnicities. They carry a variety of seafood that is fresh. My personal favorite, is their Kenny Brand of Sweet Potato cake with cream cheese frosting, its worth the drive!"
