"From the moment I approached the front desk, the front desk representative exhibited a dismissive and unfriendly demeanor. I was then escorted to the room with my kitten, where its weight was checked. After waiting for approximately 20 minutes, the veterinarian finally arrived. We exchanged greetings, and without further ado, he asked if I would place the cat on the table. My initial experience with the veterinarian was far from my expectations, and I have no intention of returning. It appears that the VCA of Glasgow does not prioritize customer service or the patient experience. They seemed annoyed by my inquiries. Despite being a first-time cat owner seeking comprehensive information, I left with unanswered questions and a feeling that they did not conduct a thorough examination. They briefly checked the teeth, groomed my kitten, inspected its nose, and were prepared to leave the room without collecting the stool sample they had instructed me to bring. I had to remind them about the sample. Overall, it is not a recommended place to take your pet, especially if you are new to veterinary care. They tend to overlook your questions and become easily irritated."

"Dr. Mcgregor was so caring and empathetic with my dog that she was belly up for him in the appointment. I called in for an emergency appt and the staff was accommodating and the situation turned to be quite bad for our dog, but now she's getting the treatment needed and got a loooot of love in the office. This is, by far, the best vet experience we ever had."
