"We have been taking our dog there for nine or 10 years the receptionist, the receptionist who now says she is, the owner is a very rude person. My husband just was badly hurt, and we asked them to please give us a phone call as the doors are locked and you’re not allowed in. It was too hard for them to even do that. I was parked outside for about 45 minutes and she told me she can’t see through cement. It isn’t cement. It is a big picture window very very rude. Will never go there again. Very disappointing. Have been going there for 10 years. Don’t bring your dog there"

"UPDATE: I found another cut on his other arm. I’m actually extremely upset about the service here. This may be a good place for bigger dogs but not for smaller dogs. I understand it was my dogs first cut, and he can be difficult. That’s why I left a little over 30% tip, however… when they gave him back the first thing the women told me was how bad of a dog he was, which I knew he wouldn’t do so good because it was HIS FIRST TIME! It made me feel so horrible! There are ways to tell people things. I would’ve thought maybe “here is what we did today…. Etc. & then tell me how he wasn’t good” not straight up tell me, I literally asked her how much it was ($63 BTW) and wanted to get out of there. Also they forgot his harness and leash which I got his harness back I didn’t even want to go back to ask for the leash since the place is locked & you can’t go in at all besides the fact that I didn’t feel comfortable. Now that I got the chance to see the “tiny cut” I really hope it doesn’t get infected.. it may be small to them but it’s not small to my 3lbs Yorkie"
