"Booked a “hot tub” room and was INCREDIBLY disappointed!!!! Not only was the tub small - but there was paint that had been leaking from the upper floor into our bathroom and onto a toilet paper roll and all over the floor. It’s a shame because this was supposed to be a birthday getaway….."

"The reason for 4 stars not 5 The bathroom sink would not drain you took forever they never did fix it. For service I just walked out the door and realized I didn't have my door card The worker was right there and saw me walk out but we're not reopen the door for me told me I had to go downstairs. Location was fine I picked the place a little farther than I would have liked to have been we were down for bike week would have liked to have been a little closer to the action they have a Denny's right there but the first morning the service was so slow"

"All in all this is a very pleasant hotel! It's quiet and calm even during the day. Has a very gorgeous view from the 5th floor and is only a stones throw from the beach! The Denny's next door is also delicious. The pool and hot tub are very nice as well. The only downside to the room is I personally think the rooms need a detachable shower head, it's very difficult for women to clean the sand off themselves fully."

"Absolutely inlove with this place and the staff are amazing and friendly and even gave us good advice on what restaurants we can eat at and which ones deliver!!! The pool was warm and the hot tub was really nice!!! Our rooms were clean when we got here along with the bathroom and the beds were comfy!!!"

"Stayed at this hotel last year and really enjoyed it , so decided to stay here again , boy did they change in a year , when we arrived 8/27/23 we were greeted with a filthy bed skirt , when I say disgusting, I called the front desk and they responded immediately with a crew to change it , but I felt house keeping should have seen this as it was so visible. Hotels are where you lay your head so you expect cleanliness , after all they are their to serve the people . In this day and age word travels fast via the internet and your customers are your walking billboards for advertisement.I hope the workers will do a better job at observing the cleanliness of the rooms moving forward . Nice size pool which seemed to be clean but the hot tub was our choice which did not seem to be working and did not look as clean , so we decided to skip that part . ( ladies we have openings and don’t need nobody else’s germs lingering around. Another positive thing is that this hotel is close to a Movie theater, small mall, Pizza polar , Denny’s which you can enter from the hotel, liquor store, TJMax, CVS and Dairy Queen ."
