"Best breakfast at dough rollers and nice place to stay. We go every time we go to ocean city. Especially my 10 year old son. It's actually one of the first things he brings up when we tell him we are going to O.C. lol. Dough rollers! He says great location."
"I first rated this 5 stars five years ago, and if I could give it 6, I would. We've been back numerous times, and they are so great. The prices are reasonable, service is excellent, and I love how they keep the riff-raff out. Even on "Senior Week", we didn't see any random teenagers running around the hotel. The indoor pool is very nice, and the ocean-front rooms are perfect. We will always stay here every time we come back to Ocean City."
"I enjoyed my stay at The Breakers from 9/4/22-9/10/22. The ocean and boardwalk views were fantastic!! Hearing the ocean waves was very relaxing. The room was clean and the staff members were great. A staff member let me have some seashells, as I had trouble walking to the beach. The location on the boardwalk was perfect. Reserve a room at The Breakers when you visit Ocean City!"
"Room is clean , tastefully decorated and the employees are exceptionally helpful and so nice! Situated great on the Boardwalk..such a plus! There are rules…no drinking, smoking, no guests. It’s quiet here and just wonderful. I won’t stay anywhere else! If people can’t live by the rules go elsewhere.. that leaves a room open for me. Love it at the Breakers."
"A beautiful hotel in an incredible location with nice furnishings and decorations in the rooms and upscale fixtures in the bathrooms. This is truly a "boutique" hotel. It is extremely quiet and well-maintained with a beautiful indoor atrium pool. There were only two negatives which kept it from getting a perfect score. Number one, you cannot exit the hotel directly onto the boardwalk due to The Dough Roller being on the boardwalk level. You must exit at street level and walk up a long ramp to the boardwalk. Secondly, you are not allowed to have ANY guests in your room, not even for a brief visit! When I first heard this rule, I had a hard time comprehending what she was saying! I thought she meant you couldn't have any guests staying overnight in your room, which made sense. When I asked about guests briefly visiting our room, she said that they could not go up to our room. When I asked if she meant that they would have to stop at the front desk before coming up to our room, she said that NO guests were allowed in our room! It is a hotel, NOT a convent, summer camp or prison!!! I never even had a rule like that in my college dorms!!! When my son heard that, he decided not to stay with me and decided to stay with his friends instead who were visiting Ocean City during the same week, which meant that I had to spend my entire stay by myself. Because of that silly, archaic rule, my son and I stayed at the Park Place Hotel next door this summer. It had no such rules, a rooftop pool and an observation deck with rocking chairs, picnic tables and a bar overlooking the boardwalk and direct access to the boardwalk from the hotel in addition to internal access to the Bull on the Beach restaurant located on the 1st floor."
