"AVOID. Spend the extra $100 and go somewhere else. The only redemption this place had was an early check in but that really didn't do enough to justify staying here!!! Sand in bed. Stink bugs all over the room. Dirt in the bathtub. Sand in the bed. Floors were cracked. Black mold. USED SOAP still in the trash can. There wasn't any new soap out to use!!! There was toilet paper shove in a sprinkler head to stop the dripping. I didn't feel comfortable here at all. This is the worst hotel I stayed at and for $400 a night, there is NO Excuse!!!! This place is the definition of run down. You will not feel comfortable here."

"I think a 2 star is unfair for this location. An older establish ment 2 blocks from the beach. A block from American legion . Across the street from 2 fantastic breakfast places and dunkin doughnut. Clean pool area .. this is a perfect non frills place."

"A family member recently stayed here. This place extremely dirty. The shower filled up with water and wouldn’t go down, the toilet did not flush properly and kept running, the sheets were dirty, and guests were allowed to smoke cigarettes and marijuana in the pool area. The staff resisted sending them to a new room and when they did the room was as equally dirty with mold in bathrooms and on ceilings in the bedrooms. Neighboring guests had people in and out of their rooms all night and were extremely loud. I would not recommend staying here, especially with a family."

"When we got there it was okay until we went to bed. There was sand in the bed and stains all over it. Ants were all over and the toilet was about to come off. The tv and AC don’t work and the pool is full of bugs. waste of money and the French guy needs to die"

"Spent a few days over the 4th of July. Prices are inflated for the holiday but the rooms was clean and it worked as a crash pad for when we weren’t at the beach. Location isn’t bad it’s about a 5 min walk to the beach but the main part of the board walk is about a hour walk. Plenty of restaurants near by which helped out."
