I recently brought my pup in for a groom after taking him to a different place and having a bad experience.The groomer, Katrina, was very nice and understanding when we told her about his previous experience. "We love this pet store! We always come here for our dogs snacks & to use their self service bath area. It’s so convenient & only about $15 to use, they provide the towels, shampoos & air dryer. Today we finally tried the groomers there since we hear great things about Katrina. She was so good with Arlo & we absolutely loved his cut. She did exactly what we showed her. After having a bad experience somewhere else, we were so happy & will be back monthly for his grooming. We will recommend Katrina to everyone."
