"It’s exactly as you would expect and although I prefer Lowe’s for some stuff and Home Depot for others, I would prefer that Lowe’s and Home Depot procreated to give us a Home Lowe’s or Lowe’s Depot and stop with the nonsense of Lowe’s not carrying Milwaukee products and Home Depot not having ProForm 5 minute Quick-set in big bags. Always a 5 star experience though especially at the pro desk. Keep on keeping on a Home Depot."

"Went to Home Depot and decided to run into the carpet/tile area for a specific product. I needed help but there was nobody there to assist me. From a far distance, I then saw another Home Depot assistant. His name is Rick. I waved him over to help me. He walked up to me and quickly apologized that this was not his department but proceeded to make an announcement over the loud speaker for assistance. Minutes later I was miffed that an associate had arrived but elected to assist another customer. Rick saw that I was missed and then proceeded to help me locate my specific item in need. I would like to thank Rick for affording me some simple, down to earth punctilious customer service."

"If I could give zero star I would! I went shopping today using a $100 Home Depot gift card at the Rehoboth store #1604. I could not remove the coating covering the pin number so I asked for assistance at the checkout and customer service. By the time 4 employees tried to remove this coating the pin number was completely erased ( see photo). No one knew what to do next and when I asked for the store manager (Lindsey Fey) I overheard him tell the customer service representative "tell them they are out the hundred dollars". You mean to tell me that a billion dollar company has no way of telling where a gift card was purchased and for how much!! As a long time customer I am appalled at this totally unprofessional handling of this matter."

"Ordered major appliances online in 11/29. Received delivery date of 12/6 and no delivery came. Told that items were removed due to a dent and offered rescheduled for 12/7. Apparently there is no such thing as next day delivery with Home Depot and although I got updates throughout the day on the delivery progress, there was in fact no delivery coming. Now rescheduled for 12/11 and I’m not hopeful. If you need things promptly, don’t shop at Home Depot. #nevershoppingatHDAgain"
