"Great Hotel for the price and even better service. I had issues with my reservation and billing and the whole hospitality and management team was extremely polite and helpful while we worked through it. Couldn't recommend any higher - they take care of their customers!"
"Location was great for getting to Longwood gardens and close enough to food and shopping in the area. Room design choices were questionable, but breakfast had gluten free options. Parking is incredibly limited, so don't wait to check in until lady minute, lest you miss having a parking spot."
"Great hotel with many amenities to recommend it, including a large free breakfast area, close parking, workout room and pool, and pet-friendly. But the best thing about this hotel is its staff. The front desk clerk, Sayeed (sp?), was outstanding. He helped us in so many ways, from checking in to checking out. He ever found an item I dropped and made sure he returned it to me. That personal touch means the world to a traveling family. Thank you, Sayeed!"
"Customer service was great. Rooms were spacious and very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel wasn't noisy. Breakfast was good and coffee as well. Definitely recommend. My go to hotel when I'm in this area."
