"Today when I went to this location I was immediately greeted and asked of I needed help finding a product. Mia was super informative, patient with all my questions and directed me to a product that fit my needs. At the register, there was a gentleman with fantastic nails and lashes who took the time to make sure an additional product I picked up would be safe for colored hair. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive. This is my new favorite Ulta location!"

"Clean place but the employees are more concerned with doing their own makeup and goofing off than helping any customers. They are loud, messing around and in the way, and do not seem to be doing much (or any) work. They were roughhousing with each other and had to be told to stop, but continued ignoring customers and only talking to each other. The cash register line backed up because only one person was working it while 4-6 were hanging out together on the floor. One of them did come over and help open an additional register when explicitly asked by a manager, though, but they weren’t paying attention to know that the line had gotten bad."

"Love the new location! I was there on a busy Saturday but had great service! Brianna took the time to help me find perfumes & Nars products. She also offered me the Ulta Credit card & I saved $100 as you get 20% & I had points as well. Brianna was very patient thru the process. I do have their credit card on auto pay full balance every month as I hate to pay interest. It was easy to set up online. All in all, the lay out & brightness of the store is a welcome change from the previous Milford store."

"Unfortunately even a one star seems much for this location due to their lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I arrived at 8:20 pm and store was closed I was spoken to through the door by a rude representative that did not have the decency to greet me and explain to me why the store was closed 40 minutes ahead she was nasty and rude. This does not seem like an isolated incident. I urge the public to consider to giving your money to this institution that hires these types of employees. I was so distraught by my experience that I reached out to cooperate I’m currently waiting to hear back from them."
