"Made an appointment in advance, came in on time, waited for 20 minutes. They didn’t even bother to start soaking the gel manicure … I just left. Completely disrespectful to customers…"

"Way too long back and fourth with my nails clearly not enough staff, also 3 hours for a fill and gel polish. Didn’t even bother getting a pedicure. Save your time and go else where. I also read the reviews as I was sitting in the chair. Should have read them prior. Seems like all the good reviews are from years ago…. I gave them 1 star because the polish color was nice."

"First time I had a gel mani without soaking in water or any cuticle oil. Didn't enjoy that. But loved the several coats of polishes and long drying times...and the complementary massage while seated! Very nice customer service also. I'd go back if I were in the area again."

"Horrible service. Charged my sister and $140 for a basic short french acrylic set which wasn't even gel. I was told it would be $50 if I kept it short. There were two ladies taking turns and ended up taking way too long for both our nails. Needless to say it wasn't even filed correctly and I had to fix it myself. Highly recommend not to come here and save your money."
