"Top tier selection of perfume but they always have a low stock of any sort of item you may be looking for such as a body scrub or lip oil or gloss from a specific company. Anytime I ask for when an item will be restocked, I am told it's on Thursday and I check for the product the next day with nothing there."

"Terrible experiences every time going here. They have misconceiving sale signs each and every time. Most recently a sign on the same shelf as the mascara saying lash week 30% off. But leave out one kind. Customer service is terrible, lines are always excessively long. Not worth anyone’s time."

"I saw Taylor and she completely Ruined my hair. Never once said sorry. She’s very Inexperienced and I had to color correct my entire head after. I still have orange and yellow tones in my hair from it. She explained it’s bc I have Virgin and and that’s not true she didn’t process the hair correctly. Virgin hair also has nothing to do with un even sections. Never go to ulta to get your hair done unless you’re seeing an elite or master stylist, they must hire anyone."

"Great collection especially fragrances and very organized store with wonderful staff. Always someone there if you have any question and almost everyone there kind of professional experts and of course helpful. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars because of the size of the store, which could be bigger!"
