"This was my favorite nail salon for years but lately I see a decline in the service. I am 68 and I see that they are not happy to take an older woman. Not one word is spoken to me. A brisk tap to the foot qwas the only communication. The woman that I had today scowled the whole time, was very rough and rushed through the pedicure. This is not a fluke - it has been the last few times. Time to find a new Salon. The management should take notice of the attitude of many of the new younger technicians. However, it is very clean and affordable. Which is why I did come her for years."

"Left thinking when can I find a place to redo the horrible job done. When I told the nail tech she was making my nails too thick, she said it wouldn't be that way when they were done. When even your husband thinks they look awful, you know it's bad. They are super thick and look unnatural."

"Solid salon in terms of nails (I've had several nail technicians and they were all pretty good)... however, their customer service is poor. Don't bother making an appointment because they will often make you wait for an extended period of time anyway, even when you arrive promptly. Also, if you're going to be 2 minutes late, call or else your technician will take someone else."

"This place used to be great. I came in one weekend and got the dip powder with tips like usual. After 4 days one of the tips broke off so i went back to get it replaced. The main guy says they will fix it for free if they become damaged before 2 weeks. I came to get it replaced and the girl who was doing my nails did a horrible job. She seemed mad she wasn’t getting any money due to the free replacement so she was very rough and the tip didn’t even connect to my nail.Not to mentioned the fact that the shape is horrible compared to my other nails. I used to love the place now i probably won’t go back."

"Update: I have been going to this place for over 2 years and their quality has declined. Last 2 dip powders started chipping within hours of getting them done. I ignored it as one off and inexperienced techs. So I got a gel manicure and within 2 days the layers are coming off. The finish was off from the beginning. The staff had become extremely rude as well. Time to find a new place now. Good quality work."
