"IDCC has been such a great experience for me and my son. I have nothing to say but good things. I recommend it here to everyone. For one, the receptionist staff and billing staff are absolutely accommodating, nice, and professional. The billing staff has helped me continuously with an issue I had from my previous center. The center is very clean and if you make an appointment there is zero wait time. The doctors/therapist are beyond amazing!! They are very patient with my child and always provide feedback. They are willing to speak to me whenever I am there about my child’s progress and what we need to work on. I am beyond happy with IDCC and recommend it highly!"

"Stay away from this office. They don't do their job correctly. I brought my son here for speech therapy and it's been 3 months, but they couldn't get approval from the insurance. I called Insurance multiple times and asked them for the denial reason. All they say is that 4 important pieces of information are missing in the doctor's note. I told the office many times to please ask the doctors to rewrite and correct the PDF notes, but they won't! They literally submitted the same PDF notes over and over 4 times as an appeal. That's crazy. I can't believe I wasted 3 months with this office. The staff who work there are not educated and don't really know what they're doing."
