"I had a 10:45am appointment on 10/6/2021 for a rapid covid test. I arrived at 10:40 and signed in. The check-in process—including payment of the $100 fee—was completed at 10:49am (per the receipt they provided). I was told to wait in my car. At 11:20am I still hadn’t been seen, so I returned to the reception desk. I was told that there is only one person in the entire facility who is trained to take nasal samples and that SHE WASN’T EVEN THERE! She was at a different building 5 minutes away. I was told to go there. As I proceeded to drive away, a car pulled into the lot whose driver was wearing medical scrubs. She confirm she was the “tester”. I finally was swabbed at 11:33am, nearly an hour after I arrived. At no point was I told upon check-in that the MD ON STAFF WAS NOT QUALIFIED TO SWAB NOSES or that the only person who is so qualified was not present. Bottom line: never go to. This place!"
