My partner had booked an appointment that they were never told was cancelled, had blood work lost, appointments scheduled on the wrong date without their knowledge, and been charged for treatment without actually receiving it and told that the charges had been taken care of. They often don’t pick up the phone. A mutual friend of ours had similar experiences."
