"Very happy with the practice. I was seen promptly and had a great experience. They have always been quick to return my phone calls and emails."
"The lack of professionalism and miscommunication between everyone is beyond ridiculous. Been a patient here for years and it's only gotten worse and worse. Did not inform me that my Dr left the practice until I called one day trying to refill prescriptions I've been on for year's. It's been over 2 weeks of trying to refill my prescriptions. Was told I needed to make an appt with a new Dr. So I went and we discussed my meds. He proceed to fill two of the three without telling me. I had to call the office again for the 7th time this week to find out he didn't send it in and was told to make another appt with him when I saw him yesterday. DO NOT go to care Medica as they are all completely incompetent and there is zero communication among the drs and call center and even less with the patients"

"Tio Livingston is amazing. Best provider I ever had. He is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and actually listens to his patients. He truly cares and wants to help. He saved my life by prescribing me the exact medications that I needed. 100% recommend seeing him if you can. CareMedica has multiple locations and you can go to any one of them. They are flexible, quick to respond, and scheduling is easy. They are very attentive to their patients, and getting refills isn't complicated. You can access all your info and schedule appointments, send messages, and see lab results on the patient portal. Very efficient. Again, I highly recommend seeing Tio Livingston. I believe he works at both the Hamden and North Haven locations depending on the day. I hope anyone looking for a good provider will go see him because he will address your needs and get the job done."
