"I was able to schedule an appointment for the day after being discharged home with my baby. While there is a lot of necessary paperwork to be filled out, that was the longest part and I didn’t mind at all. The staff was friendly upon entering the office. Temperatures were taken of all who entered, which made me feel comfortable. We were promptly called in and escorted to a patient room where a nurse and assistant took information and weighed my baby. The doctor was in the room in no time to examine my baby. He was thorough and explained what he was was doing as he did the exam. He asked if we had questions, gave samples, and valuable information during the visit and for future visits.
