"Dr. Amit provides excellent care for my 4 boys. He is very patient and really good with the kids. He makes my kids comfortable with his "dad jokes" so they do not worry about going to the doctor. The office is designed to be kids friendly. It definitely keeps my boys engaged while waiting to be seen. Highly recommend to anyone!!!!"

"Unfortunately, this practice does not match the rating of 4 star in the least. When you make an appointment no matter how long I'm advance you end up with a 2hr wait time (with a baby -ever heard of schedule...not there). The waiting room was full of sick families not fitting in designated sick area. Everyone was waiting over 1 hr which is just inexcusable. The front desk staff joked about me "building up a bill". That is rude and uncalled for especially when my daughter is sick and has medical needs. Most all doctors are opinion based and they have zero screening tools for development. Personally I had to beg them for referrals to specialists for medical issues which all of those providers asked what took so long to get to the appointment. When in the room the nurse was anxious, shaking when giving my 1 yr old her shots, and unable to get a bandaid on my daughter's toe. The doctor did at 2 min look and addressed nothing in her medical past. I am just very disappointed in such inadequate medical care. I went here as a kid and it is not the same practice went downhill."

"This doctors office is fantastic. The doctors are wonderful and thorough. They answer all of my questions. They even come to the phone immediately when I have called with random questions for my baby. The nurses and administrative staff is also fantastic."

"I love the Dr's here. The assistants are great. The hours are great, but they are so understaffed for the front desk that it's ridiculous. You can't get someone on the phone. We stay because everyone is great, even the front desk. But come on. You need more people, please. I called today at 1018am. Someone picked up and said, "Can you please hold?" and threw me on hold, then I rolled back, put me back on hold, and then I went to voice mail. Left a voice mail. It's now 529 pm. Never got a call back. I tried calling back at 518pm. And they didn't even say anything this time. Just put me straight on hold. I rolled back, and they put me on hold again. Never said anything. I feel bad for the front staff, too. It's not their fault they don't have enough people. But also. At least ask me to hold. Don't just put me there over and over. You could also take a name and number and get back to me. What if my child was sick and needed to be seen asap. And wasn't an emergency enough to go to ER? That's what you are there for, to care for our children. But you can't if you don't pick up the phone. And I better not be charged/penalized for not canceling with enough of a notice if you never picked up the phone."
